Progress Report...

Got the screen painted - also painted a little frame and the table on our back porch - I just hate it when I do things that AREN'T on the list - then I can't cross them off - bummer!

Got about a third of the way through the Girl's Loft project. I can't even remember what else was on the agenda...

But as I was searching for my clear acrylic stamp block, I found a few sets of handmade cards that I have stashed for teacher gifts. So leave a comment this week, and I'll pull a winner on Friday for a set of cards.

Last thing - it's never a good sign when you find the anti-anxiety medicine in the cabinet with the children's medicine. Even though the children contribute to the said anxiety, probably not a good idea to find the medicine in "their" cabinet...

Maybe if the kids took the meds we wouldn't have too!

Heather, of course you can cross off items that aren't on your list--I do it all of the time! Just write it on the list as soon as you've done it, then immediately cross through it--double the satisfaction, with none of the aggravation of seeing it on the list day after day waiting for you to get to it!

I may have done what Dawn H suggests - but there are way less check marks these days. Sometimes the list reads, get up, go to work, survive day with job at the end, come home, hold baby, sleep.

Oh yes, we need those "sanity" pills! Which reminds me I need to take mine. :)

Love your projects!

I agree with Dawn...when I find my list I add what I have done just so I can impress anyone who looks at the list. The main thing that I can scratch off is that all of my Halloween Goody Bags are done! They are so cute! Frankenstein that when the card opens, the candy bar rises; halloween matchbooks with Runts in the shapes of bones and skulls, and finally acrylic pillow boxes with 3 wrapped chocolates inside. I now know that I should have bought a lot more Halloween paper when I was in the store last week. I got carried away! Have a great day!
