Morgan's MRI went perfectly on Thursday and on Friday we found out there is nothing abnormal about her brain - huge sigh of relief. So now we will work with a pediatric neurologist to help the migraines. Since they are hereditary and I know mine are caused by stress, I can already tell Morgan's are too. On Wednesday night, she told Ironman how her hurt "in the back" (ie - the beginning of a migraine). She was naturally anxious about the next day.
And again yesterday, she told Ironman how her head hurt behind her left eye (ie - full migraine). I'm sure the stress of the week is lingering - it sure is lingering in me! But overall we have good news - no serious illness, just a solvable problem with medicine and good medical care.
Instead of therapy, or rocking in the corner in the fetal position, I've been scrapbooking...
Hoping you have a week filled with laughs!

OMG, how did I miss these posts. Glad to hear Morgan is OK. How difficult for all of you.
I have chronic DAILY migraines that are helped only by daily preventative meds and emergency med. My MRI was normal too. So I REALLY feel you on these. And as a kid, she may not notice the early warnings to take the emergency meds when she needs. I hope you guys get a good plan worked out with your neuro.
So glad to hear your baby girl is okay. What stress! Hope you get some resolution soon. Migraines are the pits - I can't even imagine a little suffering in such pain.
Is everything okay with her eyesight? I'm sure it's been checked.
